Player One Amusement Group has an immediate full-time opening for the position of Business Development Specialist in our Simi Valley, CA office. This role is designed to optimize the synergy between the distribution and operational channels of P1AG’s Total Solutions offerings. The successful candidate will cultivate existing relationships between external and internal customers, and generate revenue for the company while meeting their customer’s needs and activating new business for P1AG US.

Requirements

  • Solicit, develop create and manage client relationships with the objective of selling amusement products and services through a Total Solutions sales approach.
  • Territory Planning – develop and document lead generation strategy to develop and build a pipeline of total solutions opportunities with defined target leads / prospects.
  • Co-ordinate or manage internal stakeholders or functional departments to ensure that Total solutions sales transactions are completed based on customer and business expectations.

Requirements

  • Analyze equipment problems and troubleshoot/test equipment as needed
  • Complete shop service repairs and maintenance of amusement games
  • Prep new and used amusement games
  • Operate hand and power tools and general testing equipment
  • Safely and securely delivers assets (amusement gaming equipment) and product to locations throughout established territory, both local and interstate.
  • Responsible for the proper loading, unloading, and handling of assets.
  • Assist with installation of amusement equipment on location and deliveries.
  • Support local warehouse with current on-site tasks.
  • Accurately maintains all required driving records and documents that adheres to both company and jurisdictional standards.
  • Ambassador for company brand in all aspects of job function.

The Service Technician is responsible for performing electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical technical work related to the construction, preventative repair and maintenance of amusement games and other equipment. We are seeking an individual that has repair experience, preferably within the gaming industry.

  • Complete shop service repairs and maintenance of amusement games.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and perform repairs on all games and tellers, including scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory records; orders supplies and materials.
  • Restock and replenishment of plush and prizes.

Player One Amusement Group has an immediate full time opening for the position of Technician Equipment Mover. In this role you are responsible for managing equipment moves involved in our day-to-day route operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Coordinates and performs equipment moves involved in our day-to-day business. Employee will need to: receive, prioritize and complete equipment moves; provide move sheets and accountability of delivery service; and communicate with service, regional manager, and customers of ongoing equipment moves.
  • Minor maintenance on all gaming equipment upon delivery to location/customer to ensure full operation (both technically and aesthetically).
